Two men badly burned get justice at trial
Jury Trial - $4.6 Million
This case involved an International (Navistar) truck that rolled over and caught fire, badly burning the two men inside. One lost his leg, and the other lost his hand. The attorney for the two men could not convince the vehicle manufacturer to apply a fair amount to the case. He asked for Attorney Ricci's help. The case went to trial and a verdict came back for $4.6 million.
