I believe that safety and justice are every consumer’s right. I created this website for those same consumers, and attorneys looking for focused, experienced co-counsel. This site provides straightforward information about me, my firm and my philosophy. As you may know, courts, defendants, and occasionally plaintiffs insert confidentiality clauses in releases, so in some cases, I can’t be too specific. What I can share with you is that during my career to the present date, excluding mass torts and class actions, I have gained verdicts and settlements for individuals exceeding $600MM.
